CharliTito Ortiz was born in Huntington Beach, California on 23 January 1975. Jacob Christopher Ortiz is his birth name. He lived in Huntington Beach before he moved to Santa Ana. Ortiz is of half-Mexican from his paternal lineage. His father was Sam Ortiz, who gave him the nickname Tito. He went through a tough childhood because both his parents were addicts to heroin. He was part of gangs. He also used cocaine and other substances. He was placed in juvenile halls when he was a child. He was 13 when the divorce of his parents took place. He was a student at Huntington Beach High School where wrestled. His mother removed him from school when he reached the age of 18. Paul Herrera encouraged Ortiz to wrestle and go to college. He then got married for five years to Kristin his first wife. He later had a relationship with Jenna Jameson. The couple had twins. The couple is now separated. Amber Nichole Miller is Tito Ortiz's current girlfriend.
